Designed for seamless installation, the kit includes high-quality tubular control arms with corrected ball joint cup angles, heavy-duty one-ton ball joints, and maintenance-free TCT pivot bushings to maintain optimal suspension geometry. The front lift is achieved with durable steel top mount strut extensions, while the rear utilizes fabricated steel spacers and CNC-machined billet aluminum coil spring pre-load spacers, which help prevent rear sag under load or when carrying additional occupants. Relocation brackets are also included to accommodate suspension sensor wires, ensuring proper alignment and safety. This bolt-on system requires no modifications, allowing for a straightforward installation process that can be completed in approximately five hours by a professional. With this lift kit, you can confidently run up to a 285/60-20 tire on a +18 offset wheel with no trimming, or a 295/60-20 with a 0 to +14mm offset with trimming, expanding your tire options for better off-road capability and aesthetic appeal. Please note that this kit is not compatible with Magnetic Ride, Premier, High Country, AT4, or Denali models, nor with GM Super Cruise or Ultra Cruise systems. For Diesel-powered Tahoe models, a 285/60R20 +18 tire may require trimming or a smaller tire size.
