This kit offers a robust upgrade to your truck's stance, allowing for up to 33-inch tires on 5.25-inch backspacing wheels, improving off-road capability and visual appeal. The package includes high-quality components such as spacers, blocks, and U-bolts, engineered for durability and performance. The kit's differential drop system features machined billet circular spacers that precisely drop the differential without interfering with the electric steering rack, ensuring proper alignment and handling. A rugged skid plate accompanies this system, providing added protection to vital drivetrain components during challenging terrain. The lift kit utilizes heavy-duty ball joints from the GM 2500 HD series, integrated into the tubular steel upper control arms, which are designed for strength and longevity. Premium TCT UCA inner bushings and washer backing spacer sleeves are included to significantly extend bushing life, reducing maintenance and downtime. This system is tested and proven to be versatile and strong, suitable for trucks with factory aluminum or stamped steel upper and lower control arms, but not compatible with cast steel upper control arms. For optimal installation, professional expertise is recommended, with an estimated installation time of over five hours. Note that the kit is compatible with Z71 standard suspension and requires aftermarket wheels with a 5.25-inch backspacing. To run stock wheels with larger tires, additional spacers such as ReadyLift’s CNC-machined billet aluminum spacer or 1/2-inch billet spacer are necessary to prevent tire contact at full lock. This lift kit is designed to improve both aesthetics and off-road performance, making it a reliable upgrade for serious enthusiasts.
