Rigid D-Series Light Cover Overlays
Rigid light covers are nice to have, but if you want a really unique topographic map design, here it is. We offer a huge variety of colors.

INSTALLATION
We recommend a wet install. However, if you feel a little more advanced, we do have a dry install video below as well.
Recommended Items:
- Quick detailer without wax (for cleaning the application area)
- Microfiber
- StickerFab Application Fluid or Soapy Water (1 drop dish soap per cup of water)
- Hair Dryer or Heat Gun
Ideal install temperature is 75-85 degrees. If it is warm, do the install in the shade. Vice versa if it is cooler. Clean the surface of the light cover. Spray the surface again with StickerFab application fluid and do the same to the overlay as you peel it off the backing paper. This fluid will let you align the material perfectly and prevent it from sticking to itself. Once you get a proper alignment, you can push out the fluid and bubbles with your fingers.
Use a small amount of heat and your fingers to massage all the fluid out. Go slow and pull up the material to lay it down and re-stretch it when needed.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
