Soapy water works in a pinch, but StickerFab Application Fluid is a purpose-formulated solution that gives you more working time, better slide, and a cleaner result. It breaks the initial surface tension of the vinyl's adhesive — letting you slide the piece into exact alignment before committing — then squeeges out cleanly so the vinyl bonds flat with no bubbles or trapped fluid.
It's especially valuable on larger pieces (hood overlays, door overlays, full-panel prints) where you need time to adjust position before the vinyl locks down. Non-flammable, 50ml bottle.
Work in the shade on warm, sunny days. Avoid wax-contaminated surfaces — always clean first.
Why use this instead of soapy water?
Application fluid is formulated specifically for vinyl installation — it gives you better working time, a wider effective temperature range, and cleaner fluid expulsion than DIY soapy water. The difference is most noticeable on larger pieces where alignment is critical.
How much does 50ml cover?
50ml is enough for multiple installs — a typical hood overlay uses a fraction of the bottle. It's economical and lasts through many projects.
Is it safe on painted surfaces?
Yes — it's non-flammable and safe on factory paint, clear coat, and factory trim. Wipe dry after the vinyl is in place.
Can I use it with transfer tape?
Yes — just wait 2-3 minutes after squeegeeing before peeling the transfer tape to ensure the vinyl is dry enough to stay bonded.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.

- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
