Drape Over Cable To Absorb Cable Whip
The TrailFX Winch Cable Damper is an essential safety accessory designed to minimize the risk of injury caused by cable whip during winch operation. Constructed from durable black vinyl, this damper securely drapes over your winch cable to absorb and control the recoil in case of cable failure or breakage under load. Its robust velcro attachments ensure a snug fit, preventing slippage during use and maintaining safety during demanding recovery tasks. The built-in pocket provides convenient storage for essential recovery gear, keeping your equipment organized and accessible. Reflective strips enhance visibility in low-light conditions, increasing safety during nighttime or off-road recoveries.
This product is compatible with various winch setups where a drape-over cable damper is needed to enhance operational safety. Designed as a blanket-style damper, it offers reliable protection without adding significant weight or bulk to your recovery kit. The black finish ensures durability and resistance to environmental elements, making it suitable for rugged off-road environments. This safety device not only helps prevent dangerous cable recoil but also contributes to safer recovery operations by providing a visible, easily attachable solution. Proper use of the TrailFX Winch Cable Damper can help mitigate accidents and protect both personnel and equipment during winching activities.
Please note that this product complies with Prop 65 requirements, ensuring safety standards are met for use in various environments. Its compact design allows it to be easily stored when not in use, making it a practical addition to your off-road recovery gear.
