The Carbon Offroad UTV Soft Shackle is the upgrade your recovery kit is begging for. We took the same commercial UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) technology used in our heavy-duty 4x4 gear and scaled it down for the compact vehicle market.
You have spent thousands on your ATV, UTV or small 4x4. You bought the suspension, the tires, and the lights. So why use outdated steel shackles? Steel shackles chip your powder coat, they rattle constantly on the trail and they rust. The Solution: Commercial Grade Strength, Featherweight Design. Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:

- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
