Built for the 4Runner Hybrid Front Bumper / 5th Gen / 2014-2024, this C4 Fabrication component delivers rugged durability, precise fitment, and trail-ready performance. Engineered for serious off-road use while maintaining everyday drivability.
Fitment
- Installation requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover
- Power steering cooler lines must be replaced with the included power steering cooler kit
- 2020+ models featuring TSS must select the TSS Relocation Bracket to retain functionality.
- TSS is NOT compatible with the mid-height bull bar version of this bumper.
- Not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating camera above bumper
Features
- This bumper is a unique combination of a plate steel center with tube sides.
- Introduces Improved Approach Angles
- Creates More Space for Larger Tires
- Provides the ability to mount a winch, LED light bar, and multiple combinations of fog lighting in the tube area
- Center portion is made from 3/16? laser cut P&O steel with 1/4? thick mounting plates.
- Tube portions are .120 wall 1 3/4? diameter HREW tubing.
- 3/4? thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper and come fully welded front and back.
- Fits Most Winches 8k-12k in Size. Winches with the ability to relocate control box recommended. Confirmed fitment on ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series winches.
- Recommend Using a Synthetic Rope Winch with a Hawse style Fairlead
- Unless you choose our powder coated option, this product will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
