The ROAM 76L Rugged Case is a heavy-duty storage case that is ideal for storing your tools and dry goods that need to be packed in tight spaces. Perfect for the back seat of your car or the bed of your truck. This premium case features a durable LLDPE shell, Nylon rope handles, steel lockable latches, and a dust/water-resistant gasket seal that makes sure your gear always stays protected no matter the weather or terrain. The threaded inserts in the lid give you the ability to add a lid organizer or molle panel to take your organization to the next level. Having an interlocking design makes stacking and pairing simple no matter the amount of gear you carry. We recommend the 131D Master Lock for locking the latches.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
