The BulletProof Accessory Clamp was designed to make BulletProof accessories solid within the channel of your hitch. The clamp also helps to prevent theft by requiring the supplied offset wrench to remove your accessory. Installation is simple - drop the clamp behind the dual ball or accessory, tighten the bolt by hand and finish with the supplied offset wrench and all movement is eliminated. The BulletProof Accessory Clamp is NOT compatible with the following accessories: Pintle Attachment, Loop, Medium Duty 2-Tang Clevis, Heavy Duty 2-Tang Clevis, Medium Duty Weight Distribution Adapter or Heavy Duty Weight Distribution Adapter

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

- Include your order number inside and outside the package.
Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
