The Black Ops Locking Pin from BulletProof Hitches works with all 2", 2.5", & 3" hitch receivers; the 2-pack offers the pins keyed alike and features a heavy-duty rubber cap and 2 keys per pin. The top-of-the-line locking pins have a universal fit; with 4" of useable length, they are compatible with any vehicle and any hitch on the market. BulletProof 5/8" Locking Pins feature a 2" & 2-5/16" anti-rattle stabilization spacer to prevent side to side movement; plus, all locking pins are treated with an aircraft grade lubricant for longevity

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
