The BulletProof Mudflap Heat Shield is designed to protect your mudflap from the extreme heat from your vehicle's exhaust. For vehicles who have rear facing exhaust, this prevents overheating of your mudflaps. Made from high grade stainless steel. The Heat Shield includes all necessary hardware to mount to your BulletProof Road Shield Mudflap System. Note: The BulletProof Road Shield Mudflap System must be installed and adjusted properly before the heat shield is installed. For maximum protection, the center of the heat shield must line up with the center of the vehicle exhaust.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
