2003-2012 Ram 2500/3500 2.5" Stage 4 Suspension System is our ultimate performance kit that offers extraordinary diversity across any terrain. This system not only levels out the stance, it increases ride quality and performance substantially both on and off-road. The Stage 4 System is comprised of dual rate coil springs, polyurethane bump stops, sway bar drop brackets, 2.5" V.S. Aluminum Series shocks, bearing style adjustable track bar, and tubular steel upper & lower links. ICON 2.5" Aluminum Series shocks extend the performance of the kit by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation. These shocks include FK bearings, billet top cap & rod ends, and 7/8" shafts for strength. The adjustable track bar with bearings not only improves rigidity over the flexible factory joints, but offers adjustability to center the front axle under the truck. ICON steel upper & lower links increase performance, strength, and range of alignment. These link arms decrease the bind found in the factory link bushings. ICON has spent endless hours testing and tuning our suspension components and shocks together, so you can rest assured you have the best suspension solution on the market.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
