Built for the Ladder Soft Steps, this ROAM Dealer Portal component delivers rugged durability, precise fitment, and trail-ready performance. Engineered for serious off-road use while maintaining everyday drivability.
The Ladder Soft Steps were designed to give you a little extra cushion between your feet and the ladder steps. These stair pads make getting out of the tent in the middle of the night barefoot feel like you are walking on clouds. They also have a custom tread designed to prevent slipping. All mounting hardware is included.
**Soft Steps do not work on the Rambler ladders. Installation requires drilling into the ladder. The auto-close function does not work with the Soft Steps**

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
