The Roam Memory Foam Mattress is a 4" dual-layer foam mattress that turns camping sleep into a dream. The top layer of the mattress is an ultra-plush foam designed for comfort while the base layer is a dense foam designed for structure and support. The dual-layer foam creates the ultimate sleeping experience and transforms your camp bed system. One of the innovative features of the mattress is its ability to daisy chain together with other mattresses giving it the ability to be a single, double, triple, or even a quad-width mattress. The base fabric is weather-resistant melange and designed to be able to be laid on just about any surface. The top is a plush stretch nylon fabric that is comfortable, tough, and cool to the touch. When you are ready to stow your mattress there are integrated compression straps to minimize the stowed size of the mattress with a carrying handle built in.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
