Whether you’re wrapping around a chassis rail, roll cage, axle housing, tree, rock, or creating secure attachment points where traditional recovery straps or shackles simply won’t fit, the Infinite Loop adapts to the situation.
Use it as a recovery strap, anchor extension, soft connection point, choker loop, or combine it with soft shackles, snatch rings, and synthetic winch lines to create countless recovery configurations.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
