This Ram 2500 rear bumper was designed for the 2010-2021 models. Its engineered to provide excellent protection for your Ram, and adds a hard style that is missing from the factory bumper. There are built-in steps on the sides of the bumper, two flush mounted LED cube lights, as well as LED license plate lights. Installation is simple, and all hardware is included. This Ram bumper is compatible with the factory hitch receiver and wiring. Two dual purpose hooks, and the included d-ring shackles prepare your truck for off-road recovery.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
