Attaching a Sway Control System from a BulletProof Hitch® to a trailer requires the proper mounting points. The BulletProof 1-1/4" Hitch-Mounted Sway Control Ball is designed to work with the Medium or Heavy/Extreme BulletProof Sway Control Dual Ball Mounts. The ball is secured with a lock washer and nut to prevent the ball from coming loose when under load. It can be used on either side of the BulletProof Sway Control Dual Ball Mount. *Does NOT include the dual ball mount

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

- Include your order number inside and outside the package.
Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
